Hello, I'm Jenna Lucas, a passionate runner with over 25 years of experience. My journey began alongside my dad and sisters, participating in local road races, and it's been a fulfilling adventure ever since. From 5Ks to full marathons, I've embraced every distance, recognizing the physical and mental challenges running presents, yet also its accessibility to all.
Having completed numerous races, including 5Ks, 10Ks, half and full marathons, and various Ragnar relays, I've cultivated insights and techniques that I'm eager to share. I've also contributed to local youth summer running camps, fostering a love for running in the next generation.
My mission is to enhance your running performance, help you set and achieve specific goals, and prioritize injury prevention. Regardless of your experience level, whether you're a novice or a seasoned runner, I'll craft a personalized training regimen tailored to your fitness and aspirations.
As a Certified Nurse Practitioner, I deeply understand the holistic benefits of running for both physical and mental well-being. With meticulously designed plans featuring gradual progressions, I aim to guide you towards success in your running endeavors.

Description of the Program
After filling out a short online questionnaire, I will create a running plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. This will include a 12 weeks of varied workouts for an ultimate goal to finish a 5K or a half marathon. Workouts will include basic runs, tempo runs, and interval training, and will progress each week. There will be 3 to 4 days of running per week, with recommended cross training on the alternate days, such as walking or biking. This plan is intended to use in combination with Mega Stong workouts, as strength training with running has proven benefits to help improve overall performance.
You can check in with me via email at any time during your training with questions, concerns, or updates on how things are going.
I can design training plans and motivate you, but day after day, it’s up to you. You have to put in the effort to be successful.

A doctor's approval is recommended before starting this or any other exercise program. No programs will be emailed out until payment has been received.
Cost & Sign Up for the Program
For a one time payment of $60 you will get a customized 12 week running program emailed to you along with Jenna’s email so that you can ask her any questions about the program and have her support. You can also email this info to meganmassman@gmail.com. We will respond promptly with an invoice for the program. Please allow at least one business day for a response.
